This form is only asking for the two elective choices your student is making. We still must receive your full course selection packet by February 28.

Important: To process your student's course selections, we must receive the Student Information Form & Home Language Survey. You can drop it off at the OGHS Counseling office during business hours (7:30 am-3:30 am). It must be received before February 28th.

Our Torch Yearbook Staff has just been selected as the NATIONAL winner for the Journalism Education Association's Diversity Award. This nationwide contest is incredibly competitive and selective. We are so proud of our Torch students!
